KIP MediWeb™ – Our step into the future

KIP MediWeb™ is here!

We are pleased to announce our newest version of KIP Medical Software – KIP MediWeb™.

KIP MediWeb™is a desktop/web based hybrid software and is not reliant on 4D software.

Currently, both KIP Deluxe™ and KIP MediWeb™have the ANSI 5010 electronic claim format – however, we are planning to move away from 4D and are no longer be offering 4D based upgrades of KIP to new customers (or to current users with 4D based products before version 11). Also, users who need to add additional users to KIP Deluxe™ Network Version will have to migrate to KIP MediWeb™.

As the year progresses, our only software product will be KIP MediWeb™. We will no longer be offering any software based in 4D. Users who need to upgrade will migrate to KIP MediWeb™.

No need to configure networks and routers

The new software will have the same look and feel as our current software. All screens will be similar to KIP Deluxe™ so the transition will be virtually seamless. All data from our current clients can be ported into the new version, so you will be able to pick up right where you left off.

No need for expensive servers or server software

No longer will you need to have a separate computer in your office for your data and software. We take care of everything – including backups. Your data is safe and secure.

Compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux

In addition, KIP MediWeb™ will be compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux. Whatever your platform, KIP will be there.

All you need is an internet connection

KIP MediWeb™ data is web based, so users will just need an internet connection. You will be able to log into the data from anywhere, easily, without having to configure routers or networks. If you can go to Google, you can use KIP MediWeb™.

KIP MediWeb™ data will be secure. All data will be encrypted on our servers, and all communication to and from the server will be encrypted and secure. In addition, all data will be backed up by us – so you will never risk losing your data.

One user or 100 users – One location or 100 locations

Does your office need three computer stations (or five, or twenty) to enter patients, appointments, invoices, or payments?

Do you have two locations, and need access to your data?

KIP MediWeb™ is there for you. Every computer that has an internet connection can be using KIP.

As fast as your desktop software

Initial speed tests have been incredible. We recently did a test with a KIP user in Oklahoma. Not only did the user love the look of the new software, they were amazed at the speed. Although no speed tests were conducted, the user felt KIP MediWeb™ was faster than their current local network version of KIP. Our new servers will be centrally located in the US, so users will be assured of high speed access.

KIP MediWeb™ is ready for ICD10 and beyond

KIP MediWeb™ is ANSI 5010 ready, so it is ready for the ICD10 changes dues in 2014.

Upgrades are automatic – just like on your phone or tablet.

In addition, upgrades to KIP MediWeb™ will be automatic – just like any app on your phone or iPad.

As time goes on, KIP MediWeb™ will be offering many web based features not possible with our 4D based products.
